What’s been happening:

Since retirement I have been active in the Maryland State High School Baseball Coaches Association and am currently leading a drive to have a high school hall of fame for Maryland established here in Salisbury. It should happen by this summer. Also am involved in being on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Shore Baseball Hall of Fame Foundation and the Deer's Head Hospital Board of Directors. Deer's Head is a regional hospital for the chronically sick/injured. I am working on making it into a Veteran's in/out patient facility. Both organizations run golf tournaments (ESBF in Oct, Deer's Head in July) to help us and I am active in that. Anyone interested can drop me a line! I have 3 grandchildren and am active in my Episcopal Church as a senior citizen activist. I also write a regular column in our local newspaper talking about current political topics. I cannot believe how the campus in State College has changed since I graduated in 1966! Go Lions!
